Red Rocks Zumba FAQs

I know a lot of you are wondering - what makes this class different? Here are some common questions.

Location and Times?

We meet every Thursday at 7:30 beginning Oct. 3rd at Step in Style located at 1466 S. Wadsworth Blvd. Lakewood, CO 80232.

Do I have to be a member of Red Rocks Church?
No. We welcome everyone! You don't even have to be a believer. Come and be encouraged and leave sweaty and inspired.

Are Guys Welcome?

This is a ladies only class.  To make sure that everyone is comfortable since we will likely get a little spicy ;) at times we have decided it is in our best interest as a church affiliated class to keep it an all ladies class.  Sorry fellas.

What kind of music will you play?
A typical Zumba class is comprised of 70% International rhythms, most of which are Latin, and the other 30% can be top 40 hits or really whatever the instructor chooses. We intend to use that as a way to incorporate inspiring Christian music into our playlist. I've started putting together some great songs like Move by Mercy Me, Amazing Life by Britt Nicole and No Ordinary Love by Toby Mac. 

Is this a REAL Zumba class?

YES!  It is really a Zumba class full of fun and funky dance moves, inspiring music, and all of the craziness that comes with your typical Zumba class.

Will there be prayer?

Yes.  We will pray and the beginning and end of each class and share a quick inspirational devotion.  We also would love to hear your prayer requests (can be anonymous)  so we as instructors can be in prayer for you throughout your week.  There will be a place to leave your prayer requests each week. 

How much does it cost?

There will be a suggested donation of $5 per class.  First class is FREE!  You have nothing to lose!
