Slow Cooker Beef and Gravy

More myths to come.  But first, a yummy recipe to share!

I don't know about you, but I LOVE slow cooker meals.  This one was a hit with my little ones which makes it a keeper!  


Slow Cooker Beef and Gravy

Ingredients:

1 pound good quality round beef
1 1/2 cups cream of vegetable soup or a can of cream of mushroom soup
1 onion or 2 tsp onion powder
1 sprig rosemary
1 sprig oregano
2 cloves garlic, minced
salt and pepper to taste




Directions:

Simply place the beef and onion in a crock pot and cover with cream of vegetable soup.  Place sprigs of herbs on top. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours.  Remove sprigs.  Serve over hot mashed potatoes, rice, or noodles.

*This is a clean eating alternative to the typical can of cream soup and package of onion soup mix recipe.
